Criminal System and Classification of Criminal Witnesses in Indonesia

This study aims to discuss problems regarding the criminal system for children who are perpetrators of acts and classification sanctions against commit crimes in Indonesia. research is a normative yiridis using secondary data analyzed based on laws regulations related juvenile justice Based results study, it known that child crimes, since issuance Law No. 11 2012 concerning Juvenile Criminal Justice System, prioritizes Restorative process handling cases.
